the dock lines and gave us a shove off the dock just before 10am.
Fox 13 was there to film the ceremony, as was St. Pete channel 38.

Vinoy Basin as we headed south.

we went through our first lock on the Okeechobee waterway.

We arrived very late today because we had to detour
around Lake Okeechobee. The lake was very rough and
unsafe for small craft, and the rim canal was shoaled up
because of the low water level of the lake.
